Mordechai Werdyger, professionally known as Mordechai Ben David. or MBD for short, is known popularly as “The King of Jewish Music.” He has become a part of the Hebron tradition, with his unfailing support, and his inspirational music, giving hope to Jews everywhere, as we bravely return to our homeland. Hebron Heritage Awareness Evening November 1997. Mordechai Ben David raises awareness in a musical tribute to the Hebron Jewish Community.
